Grace Kids Sumer Clubs are back! This year we are doing clubs from June 8th-13th. We will have Sports, Theater, Arts, Home Economics and STEM. In addition to their club-specific activities, every child will participate in meaningful Bible lessons. The goal is to develop a Christ-honoring attitude in all club participants as we explore, train, and create with each other.
All clubs will be led by passionate, experienced, and background-checked GBC volunteers.

Description: The purpose of the STEM Club is to allow students to explore project-based learning activities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics that will teach kids how things work and spark their curiosity about the world around them.
During our time together, students will:
Learn how to solve problems,
Develop critical-thinking skills,
Become comfortable with failure and trying again,
Learn to work successfully in teams,
Develop self-confidence
Grade Requirement:
1st-2nd grade (Fall 2025) - 15 Openings.
3rd-4th grade (Fall 2025) - 15 Openings.
Description: A fun place where you will be able to express your creative skills using your hands, several different art mediums and of course, your imagination! The younger students will learn the art basics: line control, contrast, texture, primary and secondary colors, perspective and so much more! The older students will do more art projects. Students will host an art show at the celebration showcase to display their unique creations to family and friends.
Required Gear: Paint smock or oversized shirt that can get messy.
Description: Students will enjoy running, jumping, passing, and kicking while learning core skills of Basketball, Floor Hockey, and Soccer.

Team positions, basic expectations of each role, & usual plays,
Controlling the ball,
Shooting the ball when still and when on the move,
Recognizing the flow of the game, participating in it, & moving without the ball
Required Gear: Water bottle, shin guards, and a soccer ball.
Description: This year we are introducing a new club for girls. The Home Economics club will cover introduction to Baking and Sewing skills. During sewing hour, the clubbers will be introduced to the basics of sewing, including the tools and terminology. They will focus on creating a potholder. During baking hour clubbers will be learning the basics of baking and will make different sweet items.
Grade Requirement: 5th-12th Grade Students (Fall 2025)
Description: This year we will be putting on a 45 minute production of the classic book, Little Women! We have room for 16 students, grades 5th-12th. Please check our audition/rehearsal/show dates to be sure your student can participate in all of them, please reach out to the director with questions. We will use our club times to rehearse our show and learn theater skills. Audition information: New this year: students need to be prepared to present a 40 - 60 second monologue; this can be any memorized piece of scripture, literature, poetry, etc. Students will also sing at auditions, but do not need to come with anything prepared for this.
