“I embraced Christ while serving in the Navy. Jenny and I were married in 1985 and moved to the area in 1994 and have been at Grace Baptist ever since, raising our four children here. As a typical servant of the Lord, I have served in many capacities over those years, most recently as an elder. Over the years God through His Word and life’s circumstances has continued to humble me and challenge me to live more fully for His Son. He continues to do so today. I love His Word, and its sufficiency to meet this life’s needs and the next one. The hope it produces in those who believe is beyond any hope I could offer apart from it. Teaching, preaching, explaining, and applying it is a joy. I love the local church; His people are precious to Him and therefore to me. It is an honor to serve Grace Baptist with the Word of God and prayer.”
